Ferguson Place Update - June 13, 2024

Despite our complete application being submitted on March 30, 2024, we have yet to receive comments on our application from the District of Saanich.
We have confirmed that our application meets the requirements for a “rapid review”, so we’re hopeful that comments will be received in a matter of days.

Importantly, first round comments from market housing applications typically can take much longer than 2.5 months.
