Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Victoria
Every volunteer makes a difference for local families.
Volunteers work with us in a variety of ways throughout the year.
From becoming a ReStore volunteer to helping at fundraising events, there are many opportunities to contribute in a meaningful way.
How to get involved:
ReStore Volunteers:
We are always looking for volunteers to help in our ReStores. We have two ReStore locations in Greater Victoria - Victoria and Westshore. Our ReStores are open 7 days a week with different shifts to suit your schedule. There are so many ways to volunteer at the ReStore. Volunteers help with receiving and sorting donations, assisting customers, stocking shelves, merchandising the store floor and so much more!

Volunteer Ushers:
HarbourCats Baseball Summer Partnership
Habitat Victoria has partnered again with the Victoria HarbourCats Baseball Club. Through this partnership we create community visibility and raise funds for Habitat's mission to help local families achieve affordable homeownership.
Volunteers help at HarbourCats home games by acting as ushers - helping attendees find their seats, offer directions within the park, control foot traffic, and cheer for the home team.
Take yourself out to the ballgame if you like being outdoors, enjoy the camaraderie of sports, and have been looking for a fun way to give back to you community. May 31 - Aug 6, 2025. 19+.
BONUS! - HarbourCats host a wrap up party for volunteers who attend multiple shifts.
